采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析技术,建立了高灵敏度检测茶叶中24种农药残留量的方法。目标化合物经乙腈/乙酸乙酯混合提取溶剂超声提取,凝胶色谱柱净化,环己烷/乙酸乙酯洗脱,采用GC-MS测定。对方法的准确性、精密度、线性范围、检出限进行了评价,其中24种农药在10~200μg/L的线性范围内线性关系良好,加标回收率为70.5%~117%,相对标准偏差为1.21%~9.82%。该方法灵敏度高、准确、可靠,适用于绿茶、红茶以及普洱茶中多种农药残留量的检测。
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analytical technique was used to establish a high sensitive method for the determination of 24 pesticide residues in tea. The target compound was extracted by acetonitrile / ethyl acetate extraction solvent, purified by gel column and eluted with cyclohexane / ethyl acetate, and determined by GC-MS. The accuracy, precision, linear range and detection limit of the method were evaluated. Among them, 24 pesticides showed good linearity in the linear range of 10 ~ 200μg / L with the recoveries of 70.5% ~ 117%. The relative standard Deviations of 1.21% ~ 9.82%. The method has high sensitivity, accuracy and reliability and is suitable for the detection of various pesticide residues in green tea, black tea and Pu’er tea.
