采用XRD、XPS等分析方法,研究了烧结时间对达克罗涂层中六价铬含量的影响,探讨了六价铬和三价铬的转化规律,分析了达克罗涂层中铬的存在形式和转化机理,并估算了达克罗涂层中的六价铬含量。结果表明:达克罗涂层中铬是以Cr_2O_3、CrO_3的非晶形式存在;在烧结过程中,六价铬逐步被还原为三价铬,约25%的六价铬转化为三价铬,最终达克罗涂层六价铬含量约占总铬量的25%;随着烧结时间的延长,六价铬转化率增加,当烧结时间达到30 min时,六价铬最终转化率达到75%左右。
The influence of sintering time on hexavalent chromium content in dacromet coating was studied by XRD and XPS. The transformation rules of hexavalent chromium and trivalent chromium were discussed. The existence of chromium in dacromet coating Form and transformation mechanism, and estimate the hexavalent chromium content of dacromet coating. The results show that chromium is present in the amorphous form of Cr 2 O 3 and CrO 3 in the dacromet coating. During the sintering, hexavalent chromium is gradually reduced to trivalent chromium, and about 25% of the hexavalent chromium is converted to trivalent chromium. The content of hexavalent chromium in the final dacromet coating accounts for about 25% of the total chromium content. The hexavalent chromium conversion rate increases with the sintering time, when the sintering time reaches 30 min, the final conversion rate of hexavalent chromium reaches 75% about.
