硼是钢铁生产中的一种重要微合金化元素。依据俄罗斯等国开发的新型含硼质量分数为0.7%的硅锰复合铁合金,提出采用中国低品位硼镁铁矿进行含硼硅锰铁合金生产的新工艺。对硼镁铁矿用于硅锰合金冶炼工艺的分析表明,新工艺不仅可以实现低成本含硼硅锰铁合金冶炼,还可以提高锰回收率以优化硅锰合金冶炼,同时也为中国硼镁铁矿综合利用提供了一条有效途径。
Boron is an important microalloying element in steel production. According to the new boron-silicomanganese composite ferroalloy with a boron content of 0.7% developed by Russia and other countries, a new process of producing boron-containing ferrosilicon-ferromanganese using low-grade bauxite in China is proposed. The analysis of boron-magnesium ore for Si-Mn alloy smelting process shows that the new process can not only achieve low-cost smelting of borosilicate ferromanganese, but also improve manganese recovery to optimize Si-Mn alloy smelting, Comprehensive utilization of mines provides an effective way.
