昆拖厂,是小型拖拉机和农业机械制造综合性企业。工厂产品品种较多,所需物资成千上万种,规格型号、化学成份、物理性质不同。如何做好工厂的物资管理工作,保证生产正常进行,为企业提高经济效益服务呢?实行物资目录管理,是这个厂改进物资管理的一个招术。物资管理部门根据工厂生产过程中物资需要,对轮番生产的品种和周期进行深入调查研究,对其物资消耗构成进行分类;结合工厂生产品种的具体情况,把各类物资分类的技术要求,有层次地编制出物资管理目录,并将目录、分产品印成管理表格,表格内特别注明单位产品物资消耗定额值。这是单位产品生产所需物资计划采样、仓储作业、物资统计、财务成本核算方面的基本依据。
