采用含B的AlTi5B1合金棒及Al的添加来替代有毒的Be,采用铜模吸铸法制备Ti-Ni-Cu-Sn系非晶合金,对制得的6组试样进行XRD分析。结果表明,铜模吸铸法所制得的合金为晶态加少量非晶,晶态相主要为TiNi、CuTi3、Ti3Cu、AlTi3组成的复合相组织。SEM观察发现部分复合相尺寸大小在1μm以下。DTA分析发现,Ti-Ni-Cu-Sn-Al-B系合金都存在两个相转变温度,且随着Al的减少、Ti的增加,合金的相变转变温度同时也相应降低。
Ti-Ni-Cu-Sn-based amorphous alloys were prepared by copper mold suction casting using the addition of AlTi5B1 alloy rod containing B and Al to replace the poisonous Be. XRD analysis was performed on the six samples obtained. The results show that the alloy prepared by copper die casting is a crystalline plus a small amount of amorphous, the crystalline phase mainly composed of TiNi, CuTi3, Ti3Cu, AlTi3 composite phase microstructure. SEM observation found that part of the composite phase size size of 1μm or less. DTA analysis showed that there are two phase transition temperatures in Ti-Ni-Cu-Sn-Al-B alloy, and the decrease of Al and the increase of Ti also decrease the transformation temperature of the alloy.
