绩效考核是我国各大中小企业人事决断的重要根据。近几年,相关学者为了考核方法能够有理有据、公平公正、科学严谨而做出了诸多研究。绩效的考核受到多方位、多角度等特征和受考核人的感情因素所制约,所以绩效考核取得的成果难以达到预期的效果。对当前绩效考核的现状进行深入的探讨与分析,本人认为将绩效考核科学化是绩效考核发展进程得以加快的重要方法。
Performance assessment is an important basis for the personnel decisions of all major SMEs in our country. In recent years, many scholars have made a lot of researches in order to make the assessment methods reasonable, fair, scientific and rigorous. Performance evaluation by multi-faceted, multi-angle and other characteristics and by the examiner’s emotional constraints, so the results of the performance appraisal difficult to achieve the desired results. The current performance appraisal of the status quo in-depth discussion and analysis, I think the performance appraisal of the scientific performance appraisal process is to accelerate the development of an important method.
