当前校内会计专业实训存在过于看重核算过程,实训岗位不清以及环境与岗位仿真程度较低等问题。有效开展校内实训模块化教学需要多措并举:加强师资力量建设,提高建设校园内实训环境的仿真程度,完备实训环境的建设,等等。
The current school accounting professional training exists too much emphasis on the accounting process, training positions unclear and the environment and job simulation to a lesser extent. To effectively carry out the modular training of school training needs to take multiple measures to both: to strengthen the construction of teachers, to enhance the simulation of training environment on campus, complete training environment, and so on.
