目的 :探讨超声乳化白内障吸除折叠式人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术 (三联手术 )治疗青光眼合并白内障患者的效果。方法 :采用较短的隧道巩膜瓣切口对 18例 (2 2只眼 )青光眼合并白内障患者施行三联手术。结果 :术后随访末期 ,最终矫正视力为 0 2～ 1 0 ,其中 18只眼 (81 82 % )视力≥ 0 5 ;2 0只眼 (90 91% )术后眼压在正常范围 ;术后有角膜水肿(2 7 2 7% )、浅前房 (13 6 4% )及后发性白内障 (18 18% )等并发症。结论 :三联手术治疗青光眼合并白内障是一种有效、安全的手术方法
Objective: To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy (triple surgery) in the treatment of patients with glaucoma and cataract. Methods: Short tunnel scleral incision was performed in 18 patients (22 eyes) with glaucoma and cataract. Results: The final corrected visual acuity was 0 2 ~ 1 0 at the end of the follow-up period, of which 18 eyes (81 82%) had visual acuities of 0 5 and 20 eyes (90 91%) had intraocular pressure within the normal range after operation Complications included corneal edema (2772%), shallow anterior chamber (1364%) and recurrent cataract (1818%). Conclusion: Triple surgery for glaucoma with cataract is an effective and safe surgical method
