9月20日,2011中国(宁夏)引进海内外高层次人才合作洽谈会在银川隆重举行,来自海内外的100多名高层次人才参会。人力资源和社会保障部副部长、国家外国专家局局长张建国,自治区党委副书记、银川市市委书记崔波,自治区党委常委、副主席刘慧,人大常委会副主任马秀芬,政协副主席陈守信等领导出席了大会。
