目的研究六味地黄汤中芍药苷、没食子酸、丹皮酚、梓醇、马钱苷、莫诺苷、桃叶珊瑚苷、23-乙酰泽泻内酯醇B、薯蓣皂苷元9种重要单体成分对蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B(PTP-1B)的影响,以筛选PTP-1B的有效抑制剂。方法 PTP Assay Kit 1(R-R-L-I-E-D-A-E-pY-A-A-R-G)中孔雀绿磷酸检测法。结果所有单体均有不同程度的抑制PTP-1B的作用,其中莫诺苷、马钱苷、丹皮酚、23-乙酰泽泻内酯醇B、芍药苷、桃叶珊瑚苷的作用较明显,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论莫诺苷、马钱苷、丹皮酚、23-乙酰泽泻内酯醇B、芍药苷、桃叶珊瑚苷等成分可明显抑制PTP-1B,这可能是六味地黄汤降糖、降脂机制之一。
