创业初期的团队成员大多是“朋友”。但经过一段时间磨合之后,创业团队都要经过痛苦的“洗牌”过程。或许有的人不能认同团队理念,或许有的人有其他打算,或许有的人不称职。事实上即使是极富经验的职业经理人,最怕的事也是解雇员工。对于创业企业来说,在创业初期人员变更是大问题,遇到不少困难在所难免,即使这样也要有果断换人和“洗牌”的勇气。
Most of the team members at the beginning of the business are “friends”. However, after a period of running-in, the entrepreneurial team must undergo a painful “shuffle” process. Some people may not agree with the team concept, and some may have other plans, and some may not be competent. In fact, even the most experienced professional managers are most afraid of dismissing employees. For start-ups, change in personnel is a big problem at the beginning of the business. It is inevitable that many difficulties will be encountered. Even so, there must be decisive substitutions and “shuffle” courage.
