当应试教育的弊端愈益显现时,素质教育的呼声便日益高涨。作为诸门学科中唯一传播母语文化的人文学科,语文课堂担负着启迪学生心智、塑造学生人格的重任。随着全球一体化的进程人们越来越意识到,健全的人格修养决定人的一生,培养学生乐观向上的心态、感恩懂得宽容、自我保护敢于梦想、良好的沟通能力认识自我、直面挫败的勇气,比单纯知识点的灌输更为有益。因为教育的根本在于育人,培育人格健全的对人类社会有益的一份子,是教育的使命,也是教师的使命。
When the shortcomings of the examination-oriented education become more and more obvious, the demand for quality education will increase. As the only humanities subject that propagates native language culture in all disciplines, the Chinese language classroom is responsible for inspiring students’ minds and shaping their personality. With the process of global integration, people are more and more aware that a sound personality cultivation determines a person’s life, cultivates students’ optimistic attitude, gratitude and tolerance, self-protection, dreams, good communication skills, self-confidence, and courage to face defeat. It is more beneficial than instilling knowledge alone. Because the essence of education lies in educating people, nurturing a healthy personality that is beneficial to human society is the mission of education and also the mission of teachers.
