微波技术在板蓝根多糖提取中的应用

通过正交试验确定微波处理的最佳工艺参数 ,用水煎煮法提取板蓝根多糖 ,用苯酚硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果表明 ,微波处理后 ,板蓝根粗多糖得率达到 33.0 6 2 ,多糖质量分数达到 75 .2 11 ,优于单独使用水煎煮法。微波处理板蓝根的最佳工艺参数为水浸泡 1h,微波功率 4 80 W,处理时间 6 min;此工艺参数下 ,多糖得率和含量均明显提高 The optimum parameters of microwave treatment were determined by orthogonal test. Radix Isatidis polysaccharide was extracted by decoction and the content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry. The results showed that after microwave treatment, Radix Isatidis crude polysaccharide yield reached 33.0 6 2 and polysaccharide mass fraction reached 75.21 1, which was better than water decoction. The optimum parameters for microwave treatment of Radix Isatidis were water soaking 1 h, microwave power 4 80 W, and treatment time 6 min. Under this process parameter, polysaccharide yield and content were significantly improved.
