在多机组泵站,柴油机一般共用一个冷却水池。冷却水池的容积是按照多台机组连续工作所需要的冷却水量设计的,因此存在以下问题:一是整个冷却水池的水温升高到适宜温度时,需要很长时间。二是机组不全开时,水温不可能升高到适宜温度。三是冬天和春天气温低,即使机组全开,水温也偏低。由于以上原因,柴油机经常是冷却过度,燃油不能完全燃烧,润滑油粘度增高,使零件运动的摩擦阻力增大,油耗量增加,功率降低。
In multi-unit pump stations, diesel engines share a common cooling pool. The volume of the cooling basin is designed according to the amount of cooling water required for the continuous operation of multiple units. Therefore, the following problems exist: First, it takes a long time to raise the water temperature of the entire cooling basin to a suitable temperature. Second, the unit is not fully open, the water temperature can not be raised to the appropriate temperature. Third, the winter and spring temperatures are low, even if the unit fully open, the water temperature is also low. Due to the above reasons, the diesel engine is often over-cooled, the fuel can not be completely burned, the viscosity of the lubricating oil increases, the frictional resistance of the parts increases, the fuel consumption increases and the power decreases.
