目的 观察运动病及生姜合剂抗运动病时血液胃泌素和胃动素水平的变化 ,以探讨运动病、抗运动病与胃肠内分泌功能变化的关系 ,为运动病防治提供新的实验依据。方法 36只大鼠分为 3组 :对照组、旋转刺激组和生姜合剂加旋转刺激组 ,每组大鼠 12只。以诱发运动病的旋转刺激大鼠 ,用放射免疫法测定此时血清胃泌素和胃动素水平 ,并观察生姜合剂 (每 2 0 0 g体重大鼠灌胃 1.8ml,生药含量 1g/ml)对它们的影响。结果 对照组、旋转刺激组和生姜合剂加旋转刺激组的血清胃泌素水平分别为 (2 13.7± 32 .5 ) ,(182 .3± 5 8.0 ) ,(2 45 .3± 75 .4) pg/m l;三组动物的血清胃动素水平分别为 (193.9±6 8.0 ) ,(16 2 .4± 88.3) ,(2 2 3.8± 75 .6 ) pg/m l。即模拟运动病时大鼠血清胃泌素和胃动素水平趋于下降 ,生姜合剂能抗运动病 ,可提高大鼠血清胃泌素和胃动素水平。结论 运动病时胃泌素和胃动素分泌趋于减少 ;生姜合剂抗运动病可能部分与促进胃泌素和胃动素的分泌、提高胃动力作用有关。
Objective To observe the changes of blood gastrin and motilin in motion sickness and ginger mixture in anti-motion sickness to explore the relationship between motion sickness, anti-motion sickness and gastrointestinal endocrine function, and to provide a new experimental basis for the prevention and treatment of motion sickness. Methods Thirty - six rats were divided into three groups: control group, rotation stimulation group and ginger mixture plus rotation stimulation group, 12 rats in each group. To induce motion sickness in rats, the levels of serum gastrin and motilin were measured by radioimmunoassay. The rats were treated with ginger mixture (1.8ml per 200g body weight, 1g / ml crude drug Impact on them. Results The levels of serum gastrin in control group, rotation stimulation group and ginger mixture plus rotation stimulation group were (2 13.7 ± 32.5), (182.3 ± 5 8.0) and (24.5 ± 75.4) pg / ml. The serum motilin levels of the three groups of animals were (193.9 ± 6 8.0), (16.2 ± 4 ± 88.3) and (2 ± 3.8 ± 75.6) pg / ml, respectively. That is to say, the levels of serum gastrin and motilin in the rats with simulated motion sickness tended to decrease, and the ginger mixture could resist the motion sickness and increase the levels of serum gastrin and motilin in the rats. Conclusions The secretion of gastrin and motilin tends to decrease during the exercise disease. The anti-motion of ginger mixture may be partly related to the promotion of the secretion of gastrin and motilin and the improvement of gastric motility.
