分析了电毛细振荡产生的机理和电渣重熔过程中去硫、去氧和去夹杂行为。通过交、直流两用电渣炉试验证实了交流电渣重熔过程存在电毛细振荡现象 ,并且交流电渣炉去硫和去夹杂效果优于直流正接和直流反接电渣炉
The mechanism of electro-capillary oscillation and the desulfurization, deoxidation and entrainment during electroslag remelting were analyzed. Through the AC and DC dual-use electroslag furnace test confirmed the electroslag remelting exists electrocatrel phenomenon, and the AC desulphurization descaling and dedusting effect is better than the DC positive and DC reverse electroslag furnace
