用江浙蝮蛇毒中纯化的中性磷脂酶A2（NPL2）免疫家兔，获得了多克隆抗体.抗体与抗原结合后，抑制了该抗原的神经毒性，而对其催化活力无影响，表明NPLA2有两个活性结构域，即神经毒性与催化活性分别位于两个活性位点上。利用免疫亲和层析纯化了NPLA2的多抗，经ELISA检测，与酸性PLA2和碱性PLA2均有免疫交叉反应，这提示了NPLA2与酸性PLA2及碱性PLA2的抗原决定簇有同源性。
Polyclonal antibody was obtained by immunization of rabbits with neutral phospholipase A2 (NPL2) purified from Jiangsu and Zhejiang snake venoms virus.After the antibody bound to the antigen, the neurotoxicity of the antigen was inhibited and its catalytic activity was not affected, indicating that NPLA2 The two active domains, neurotoxicity and catalytic activity, are located at the two active sites, respectively. The polyclonal antibody of NPLA2 was purified by immunoaffinity chromatography. The results of ELISA showed that there was immunological cross-reaction with both PLA2 and PLA2, suggesting that NPLA2 has homology with the antigenic determinants of PLA2 and PLA2.
