三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)具有优异的耐臭氧、耐天候老化性以及高度的化学稳定性,丁腈橡胶(NBR)具有优异的耐油性和耐磨性,二者共混的目的是使混炼胶兼具各共混组分的特性。EPDM与NBR在极性和硫化活性上存在较大差异,二者共混比较困难。本文主要研究了EPDM/NBR的共混比、硫化体系的设计以及混炼工艺对并用硫化胶的硫化特性、物理机械性能和耐油性能的影响。

In this paper, we mainly studied the blend ratio of EPDM / NBR, the design of vulcanization system and the influence of mixing process on vulcanization, physical and mechanical properties and oil resistance of vulcanizate.
