目的:对养荣浓缩丸进行质量标准研究。方法:分别对茯苓、当归、黄芪和肉桂四味药材进行显微形态鉴别;采用薄层色谱法对养荣浓缩丸中当归、黄芪、肉桂、陈皮、五味子等五味药材进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对丸中的芍药苷进行含量测定。结果:该方法的线性范围为0.0608~1.520μg;平均回收率为99.05%(RSD=1.94%,n=6)。结论:方法可行,重复性好,能有效地控制养荣丸(浓缩丸)的质量。
Objective: To study the quality standard of yongrong concentrated pills. Methods: The morphological characters were identified by the method of micrographs of four kinds of herbs such as Poria cocos, Angelica sinensis, Astragalus membranaceus and Cinnamon, respectively. The flavonoids from Radix Angelicae Sinensis, astragalus, cinnamon, Citrus epidermis and Schisandra chinensis were assayed by TLC. Determination of Paeoniflorin in Pill by Phase Chromatography. Results: The linear range of this method was 0.0608 ~ 1.520μg. The average recovery was 99.05% (RSD = 1.94%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is feasible and reproducible, which can effectively control the quality of Yang Rong Wan (Pill).
