目的:探讨数字骨科学在微创治疗严重椎体骨质疏松性压缩性骨折中的临床价值.方法:2012年1月-2013年6月我院骨科收治33例胸腰椎严重骨质疏松性压缩性骨折患者.术前行CT扫描,将数据导入Mimics软件,进行仿真手术.临床行单侧入路PVP或PKP治疗.手术前后使用Oswestry功能障碍指数和VAS疼痛视觉模拟评分量表,在X线片上测量椎体前、后缘高度,以评估手术疗效.结果:33例患者均成功完成手术,症状明显缓解.Oswestry功能障碍指数由术前45.82±3.00分降至术后1周28.70±2.16分,VAS评分由术前8.46±0.97分降至术后l周2.56±1.23分,差异存在统计学意义(p<0.05).术后胸腰椎X线片上椎体高度得到一定程度恢复(p<0.05).两例患者出现骨水泥渗漏至椎间盘,但未见临床症状.结论:数字骨科学在微创治疗严重椎体骨质疏松性压缩性骨折手术中能提高穿刺的精确性与手术成功率.
