[目的]研究商陆、狗尾草、紫花地丁3种植物提取物对菜粉蝶的拒食作用。[方法]采用丙酮冷浸法对商陆、狗尾草、紫花地丁3种植物的活性成分进行提取,并利用小叶碟添加法测定各提取物对菜粉蝶幼虫的非选择性拒食活性。[结果]3种植物中,商陆丙酮浸出液对菜粉蝶的拒食作用效果最好,24、48h拒食率分别为74.53%和82.34%;商陆提取物对菜粉蝶3龄幼虫的拒食效果随其浓度增加而增大,0.050g/ml处理的拒食率为最高,24、48h拒食率分别为74.53%和82.34%。[结论]商陆可作为潜在植物源杀虫剂以供研究和利用。
[Objective] The study aimed to study the antifeeding effect of three plant extracts of Phyllostachys pubescens, Setaria viridis and Viola yedoensis on Pieris rapae. [Method] The active components of three species of Phyllostachys pubescens, Setaria viridis and Viola yedoensis were extracted by cold soaking with acetone, and the non-selective antifeedant activity of each extract on the larvae of Pieris rapae was determined by the method of adding leaf discs. [Result] Among 3 kinds of plants, the antifeedant effect of Pseudostellaria libernae on acetone was the best, the antifeedant rates at 24 and 48 h were 74.53% and 82.34%, respectively. The antifeeding effect of the pokeweed extract on 3rd instar larvae of Pieris rapae followed its The rate of antifeedant was the highest at 0.050g / ml, and the antifeedant rates at 24 and 48h were 74.53% and 82.34% respectively. [Conclusion] Pokeweed could be used as a potential plant-derived insecticide for research and utilization.
