为探讨γ- 谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT) 在肝癌发生过程中表达及其变化。以病理组织学和生物化学方法,将自身配对的肝癌、癌旁组织和远癌组织中总RNA 纯化,对总GGT比活性和不同分子形式GGT的表达与改变进行了研究。结果显示,在24 例肝癌、癌旁和远癌组织中:①癌灶→癌旁→远癌组织中,总RNA 浓度呈逐步升高趋势,组织间的差异显著;②总GGT、可溶性和膜结合性GGT比活性,癌组织较癌周和远癌组织明显升高(P< 0-05) 。肝癌组织中GGT 过度表达,可能与肝组织中GGT 基因的异常改变有关。
To investigate the expression and changes of γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) during hepatocarcinogenesis. Using histopathological and biochemical methods, the total RNA in self-matched hepatocellular carcinoma, paracancerous tissues, and distal cancer tissues was purified, and the specific GGT specific activity and the expression and change of different molecular forms of GGT were studied. The results showed that in 24 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, paracancerous and distant cancerous tissues: 1 cancerous lesions → adjacent cancerous tissue → distant cancerous tissue, the total RNA concentration showed a gradually increasing trend, and the difference between tissues was significant; 2 total GGT, soluble and membrane Combined with GGT specific activity, the cancer tissue was significantly higher than the cancerous and distant cancer tissues (P < 0-05). Overexpression of GGT in liver cancer tissue may be related to abnormal changes in the GGT gene in liver tissue.
