目的了解黄草乌原药材及其土壤无机元素的特征,分析两者的相关性。方法对不同产地黄草乌原药材及生长地土壤中15种无机元素含量进行测定,所得数据用SPSS11.0软件进行分析比较。结果黄草乌原药材与土壤中无机元素含量不相关;黄草乌对钙、铅、磷的吸收有富集作用,个旧风筝山地区对钙的富集作用最明显;华宁岔那地区黄草乌对各种无机元素的富集作用都很强。结论黄草乌主要通过主动吸收调控无机元素的含量;黄草乌对镍和铬,铁和钴、锡和钴、铁和锡的吸收累积有很好的协同吸收作用。
Objective To understand the characteristics of the medicinal materials of Huangcaowu and its inorganic elements in soils and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods The content of 15 kinds of inorganic elements in Radix Astragali and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata in different habitats was determined. The data were analyzed by SPSS11.0 software. Results The content of inorganic elements in Huangcaowuyuan was not related to the content of inorganic elements in the soil. Huangcaowu was rich in the absorption of Ca, Pb and P, while the Kite Hill in Gejiu had the most obvious effect on Ca accumulation. Aconitum on the enrichment of various inorganic elements are strong. Conclusions Huangcaowu mainly regulates the content of inorganic elements by active absorption; Huangcaowu has a good synergistic absorption effect on the absorption and accumulation of nickel, chromium, iron, cobalt, tin and cobalt, iron and tin.
