目的研究沥青烟对小鼠体重变化和脑组织脏器系数的影响,为进一步开展沥青烟对中枢神经系统毒性研究提供依据。方法昆明种成年小鼠,雌雄各半,按体重分层随机分成高、中、低剂量组和对照组。沥青烟染毒剂量分别平均为165、82、41 mg/m3。呼吸道静式染毒法,2 h/d,每周6 d,连续8周。观察各组小鼠体重变化和脑组织重量并计算其脏器系数。结果高、中剂量组前3周、低剂量组在第3周的体重均显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在染毒4~8周时间内除高剂量组外,其他染毒组体重与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高剂量组小鼠体重增长率在各染毒阶段均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。染毒8周后,小鼠脑组织重量和脏器系数与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沥青烟使小鼠体重增长迟缓,对脑组织重量有随剂量增加而减轻的趋势。在该实验条件下,沥青烟对中枢神经系统尚未造成器质性病理损害。
Objective To study the effect of Asparagus on body weight changes and organ coefficient of brain tissue in mice, and provide basis for further research on the toxic effects of Aspirin on central nervous system. Methods Kunming adult mice, male and female, were divided into high, medium and low dose groups according to the body weight and control group. Asphalt smoke dose averaged 165,82,41 mg / m3. Respiratory tract poisoning method, 2 h / d, 6 d per week for 8 weeks. Body weight changes and brain tissue weights of the mice in each group were observed and their organ coefficients were calculated. Results The body weight of the low and middle dose groups in the first 3 weeks and in the low dose group was significantly lower than that of the control group in the 3rd week (P <0.01), except for the high dose group (P> 0.05). The body weight of other exposure groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P> 0.05). The body weight growth rate of high dose group was significantly lower than that of the control group at each exposure stage (P < 0.05). After 8 weeks of exposure, there were no significant differences in brain tissue weight and organ coefficient between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Asphalt fumes slowed the weight gain in mice and decreased the weight of the brain tissue as the dose increased. Under this experimental condition, asphalted tobacco has not caused any organic pathological damage to the central nervous system.
