前言随着船厂技术改造工作的深入进行,我们承担了研究高精度门式切割机的切割工艺任务,其要求是运用组合割嘴来切割V型、Y型、X型坡口,而且切口断面的质量必须满足自动焊拼板的要求。针对这项任务,我们认为:割嘴是保证切口断面质量和提高切割速度的关键。为此,我们就进行了快速精密割嘴的研制工作。为了尽可能保证超音速切割氧孔孔道的型线,我们采用电解铸造工艺来加工割嘴的切割氧
