对汽车引擎盖外板的成形工艺参数进行研究,借助Dynaform软件对其成形过程进行模拟。基于正交试验方法对压边力、摩擦系数、冲压速度、凸凹模间隙这4个工艺参数进行优化,得出了最佳的成形方案,最终零件的最大变薄率为27.52%,最大变厚率为9.48%。在仿真及正交优化的基础上进行了实际的拉深试模,得出零件的成形性能与有限元模拟结果一致。研究结果表明,基于正交试验法对冲压成形工艺参数优化是可行的,能够缩短产品试模周期,提高成形质量。
The forming process parameters of the automobile hood outer panel were studied, and the forming process was simulated by Dynaform software. Based on the orthogonal test method, the four optimum parameters of blank holder force, friction coefficient, punching speed and punch and die clearance were optimized. The best forming scheme was obtained. The maximum thinning rate of the final part was 27.52% The rate is 9.48%. On the basis of simulation and orthogonal optimization, the actual deep drawing test was carried out, and the formability of the part was consistent with the finite element simulation results. The results show that it is feasible to optimize the process parameters of stamping by orthogonal test, which can shorten the test cycle and improve the forming quality.
