目的探讨微量肝素雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取新乡市妇幼保健院2012年1月—2015年1月收治的小儿肺炎患儿100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患儿采用常规治疗,观察组患儿给予微量肝素超声雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿的肺部啰音消失时间、退热时间以及喘憋缓解时间以及临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿的肺部啰音消失时间、退热时间以及喘憋缓解时间均短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微量肝素超声雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效显著,可缩短患儿症状改善时间,减轻肺炎患儿的支气管痉挛,降低气道阻力,改善肺通、换气功能,促进炎症的吸收,促进肺部微循环,简便快捷,安全有效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of inhalation of trace heparin on children with pneumonia. Methods 100 cases of children with pneumonia admitted to Xinxiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group. Children in the control group were treated with conventional therapy, and children in the observation group were given micro-heparin ultrasonic atomization inhalation therapy. Compare the disappearance time of pulmonary rales, the antipyretic time and the relief time of asthma and the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions in both groups. Results The pulmonary rales disappear time, antipyretic time and asthma alleviation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of micro-heparin ultrasonic atomization inhalation on children’s pneumonia is significant, which can shorten the time of symptom improvement, reduce the bronchial spasm, reduce the airway resistance, improve the function of the lung, ventilate and promote the absorption of inflammation in children with pneumonia Pulmonary microcirculation, simple and quick, safe and effective.
