为探讨表面角膜镜片术治疗儿童无晶体眼的角膜镜片冷冻切削技术。应用机床对32只角膜片进行了切削,并将其中13只应用于临床治疗儿童无晶体眼。结果误差在±0.11mm以内,不同冷冻时间和保存方法对误差有影响。提示表面角膜镜片术是治疗儿童无晶体眼的有效方法,但在加工镜片时应考虑不同保存时间、方法的影响。
To investigate the surface corneal lens surgery in children with aphakia cornea lens cryo-cutting technology. Thirty-two corneal slices were machined using a machine tool, and 13 of them were used in clinical treatment of children with aphakia. The results of the error within ± 0.11mm, different freezing time and storage methods have an impact on the error. Tip surface corneal ophthalmoscopy is an effective method for the treatment of children with aphakia, but in the processing of lenses should take into account the different preservation time, the impact of the method.
