通过对连续热处理过程中受到不同张力的超窄2Cr13带钢进行拉伸实验以及金相组织观察,探讨了超窄2Cr13带钢生产过程中引入的张力对于其力学性能的影响,结果表明:当带钢所加载的张力不超过98.0N(宽度减小率不超过1.8%)时,试样的力学性能不发生变化;当带钢所加载的张力大于98.0N(宽度减小率超过1.8%)时,试样的力学性随张力的增大而变差。
Through the tensile test and microstructure observation of the ultra-narrow 2Cr13 steel strip subjected to different tension during the continuous heat treatment, the influence of tension introduced into the ultra-narrow 2Cr13 steel strip on its mechanical properties was discussed.
