研究了在稀盐酸介质中吖啶红与亚硝酸根发生亚硝化反应 ,建立了极谱法测定亚硝酸根的新方法。反应产物的 2 .5次微分波的峰谷电位为 - 0 .49V(vs.SCE) ,亚硝酸根浓度在 0 .0 2~0 .6μg·ml-1范围内与峰高呈线性关系 ,检出限为 6.2× 1 0 -3μg·ml-1。相对标准偏差为 1 .84% (n=1 1 ,0 .2μg· ml-1的 NO-2 ) ,用于测定环境水样中亚硝酸根 ,结果满意
A nitrosation reaction between acridine red and nitrite in dilute hydrochloric acid was studied. A new polarographic method for the determination of nitrite was established. The peak-to-valley potential of the 2.5 differential wave of the reaction product was -0.49 V (vs.SCE) and the concentration of nitrite was linearly proportional to the peak height in the range of 0.2-2.6 μg · ml -1, The detection limit was 6.2 × 10 3 μg · ml-1. The relative standard deviation was 1.84% (n = 1 1, 0.2μg · ml-1 NO-2), for the determination of nitrite in environmental water samples with satisfactory results
