目的:观察安泰胶囊(Antaicapsule)对移植性人胃癌(SGC7901)、食管癌(Eca109)、肺癌(SPCA1)和动物肉瘤(S180)的抑制作用及对人肝癌SMMC7721细胞RNA合成的影响.方法:采用荷瘤技术和同位素参入法结果:ig100,200,400mg·kg-1Antai,对SGC7901的抑制率分别为315%,477%,519%;SPCA1为226%,395%,492%;Eca109为219%,342%,460%与对照组相差非常显著.同时,Antai对SMMC7721细胞RNA合成具有明显的抑制作用结论:Antai对SGC7901,Eca109,SPCA1和S180移植瘤的生长具有明显的抑制作用,其作用机理可能与Antai对肿瘤细胞RNA合成的抑制作用有关
