数控车床由于具有高效率、高精度和高柔性的特点,在机械制造业中得到日益广泛的应用,成为目前应用最广泛的数控机床之一。但是,要充分发挥数控车床的作用,关键是编程,即根据不同的零件的特点和精度要求,编制合理、高效的加工程序。本文针对数控车床对螺纹加工编程进行了几点探讨,并结合变导程螺纹加工实例进行分析。
Because of its high efficiency, high precision and high flexibility, CNC lathe has been widely used in the machinery manufacturing industry and has become one of the most widely used CNC machine tools. However, to give full play to the role of CNC lathes, the key is programming, that is, according to the characteristics of different parts and accuracy requirements, the preparation of a reasonable and efficient processing procedures. In this paper, CNC lathe on the thread processing programming a few discussions, combined with variable-lead thread processing example analysis.
