本文主要叙述用一般岩心钻探方法钻进浅层承压热水型地热井的安全防护问题。浅层承压热水型地热钻井有三个特点:井涌、汽雾和烫伤。井涌引起热水喷发,钢粒不能投入井底,影响钻井。汽雾使机场能见度差,环境温度升高,影响操作。热水可以引起烫伤事故。主要的安全防护措施是;防涌方法采取导流降压、钻具防喷、以冷制热和改变钻井方法。利用自然通风和强制通风进行排雾降温。在防烫措施上,除配备专用冷却水泵外,操作人员均应配备皮手套和护孔面罩等个人防护用品。
This article mainly describes the safety protection of shallow pressurized hot water geothermal wells drilled using general core drilling methods. Shallow pressure hot water geothermal drilling has three characteristics: kick, steam fog and burns. The wellbore caused hot water eruption and steel particles could not be thrown into the bottom of the well, affecting drilling. Vapor fog makes the visibility of the airport poor, the ambient temperature increases, affecting operations. Hot water can cause burns. The main safety precautions are: anti-surge method adopts conduction and pressure reduction, drilling tools prevent spraying, cooling and heating, and changing drilling methods. Use natural ventilation and forced ventilation for fog cooling. In addition to special cooling water pumps, operators should wear personal protective equipment such as leather gloves and protective eye masks.
