8名被试者穿着侧管背心-抗G服-加压面罩,分别进行了不同余压值(7.8kPa,9.8kPa)和不同余压增长率(0.3kPa/s,5.0kPa/s)的高值加压呼吸(PPB)实验,对心率、平均动脉压、每搏指数、心输指数、总外周阻力和TⅡ幅度进行记录分析。结果表明,在颈部防护状态下进行PPB,各分析指标与颈部未防护状态相比均有不同程度改善,余压值越高,余压增长率越快,颈部代偿效应就越好。其主要原因与颈部防护有效地限制PPB时气管的扩张,相对平衡了颈动脉内外压差,减轻了对颈动脉窦的刺激,降低了迷走神经兴奋性有关。
Eight subjects were wearing side tube vest - anti-G clothing - pressure masks, respectively, with different residual pressure (7.8kPa, 9.8kPa) and different residual pressure growth rate (0.3kPa / s, 5.0kPa / S) high pressure breathing test (PPB), heart rate, mean arterial pressure, stroke index, cardiac index, total peripheral resistance and T Ⅱ amplitude were recorded and analyzed. The results showed that the PPB in the neck protection state, the analysis of indicators and the neck unprotected state compared with varying degrees of improvement, the higher the residual pressure value, the greater the rate of residual pressure growth, the neck compensatory effect is better . The main reason and the neck protection effectively limit the expansion of the trachea when PPB, relatively balanced internal and external carotid artery pressure, reduce the stimulation of the carotid sinus and reduce the excitability of the vagus nerve.
