目的探讨应用异血光量子疗法治疗新生儿硬肿病的效果。②方法对硬肿病病儿在综合治疗的基础上加用异血光量子疗法治疗。③结果治疗组总有效率88.2%,病死率8.8%;对照组总有效率52.9%,病死率为32.4%,两组比较差异有显著性(χ2=10.2,4.4,P<0.05,0.01);治疗组自由基代谢及血液流变学指标有显著改善,与对照组比较差异有显著性(t=2.13~3.32,P<0.05,0.01)。④结论异血光量子疗法治疗新生儿硬肿病效果显著,可以在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of applying the blood-quenching quantum therapy in the treatment of neonatal edema. ② methods of treatment of children with sclerodema on the basis of comprehensive treatment with additional blood photon therapy. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.2%, and the case fatality rate was 8.8%. The total effective rate was 52.9% in the control group and the case fatality rate was 32.4%. There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 10.2 , 4.4, P <0.05, 0.01). The free radical metabolism and hemorheology indexes in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group (t = 2.13-3.32, P <0.05, 0.01). ④ Conclusion Isoguangguang quantum therapy for the treatment of neonatal scleroderma significant effect, can be clinically applied.
