进入21世纪以来,为了更好发展我国产业,各企业开启市场调研这一新项目,可以帮助企业搜集到大量数据,最终经过整合、分析、处理形成大数据库。这些大数据可以提供非常多信息,有助于各企业对市场变化进行掌控。企业管理在大数据影响下也带来前所未有的挑战与创新,大大要求管理人员提高自身管理能力。本文针对大数据时代下企业管理面临的挑战与创新进行分析,并结合相关专业知识来对其中不足进行调整。
Since the beginning of the 21st century, in order to better develop our industry, enterprises open market research and this new project can help enterprises to collect a large amount of data and finally form a large database through integration, analysis and processing.
