在不断增长的网络规模下,覆盖问题特别是越区覆盖问题已成为影响网络质量的关键因素,本文提出了一种基于地理关系和MR测量越区覆盖评估算法,以相对地理关系和小区相关性为基础,构造了过覆盖系数用于越区覆盖评估,能够根据越区覆盖对周边小区的影响,快速有效的评估GSM网络中小区的越区覆盖问题,提高了分析GSM网络越区覆盖问题的准确性和效率,使得网络优化人员能够迅速准确的定位网络中越区覆盖问题小区,针对性的进行处理,提升网络覆盖性能和网络质量。
