我院自1986年7月至1987年6月应用HOAP方案治疗ANLL10例,近期效果较好,现将其有关资料分析如下。 1.临床资料 10例ANLL,其中男性6例,女性4例。年龄17～65岁(其中38岁以下4人)。全部患者入院时均有发热(体温37.5℃～41.0℃)、皮肤粘膜均有不同程度出血、个别伴有内脏出血。入院后均做周围血液及骨髓细胞学检查,同时FAB分类,其中早幼粒(M3)6例,急粒单(M4)4例。
Our hospital from July 1986 to June 1987 HOAP program for the treatment of ANLL10 cases, the recent effect is better, now the relevant information as follows. 1 clinical data of 10 cases of ANLL, including 6 males and 4 females. Aged 17 to 65 years old (including 38 under the age of 4). All patients were fever on admission (body temperature 37.5 ℃ ~ 41.0 ℃), skin and mucous membranes have varying degrees of bleeding, some accompanied by visceral hemorrhage. Peripheral blood and bone marrow cytology were performed after admission, and classified by FAB. There were 6 cases of promyelocytic (M3) and 4 cases of acute gallbladder (M4).
