各位家长:下午好!今天我们又一次相聚在这里,为的是共同探讨如何让我们的孩子健康、快乐、幸福地成长!首先,我想谈谈对“健康”这一词的理解。健康应该分身体健康和心理健康两部分。每个做父母的都希望自己的孩子能够健康地成长,于是,我们注意孩子的饮食,希望孩子少生病,有一个强壮的身体。身体健康对于人的成长固然是很重要的,但心理健康也不能忽视。具有良好的心理状态的社会适应能力,乃是心理健康的基本标志。有研究表明,孩子的心理疾病形成受遗传、环境(尤其是环境中的教育)等方面因素的影响。父母的情绪、行为是否理性,直接影响儿童人格的形成与发展。专家研究表明,有心理健康的父母,才有心理健康的孩子。作为父母,我们要善于学习,善于反思,不断进取,敢于面对现实,正视困难。
Parents: Good afternoon! Today we meet again here to discuss how to make our children grow healthily, happily and happily!
