针对常规封隔器作业时存在的中途坐封、丢手失败、承受双向压力能力差等导致一次成功率低的问题,研制了Y445—150型防中途坐封安全处理封隔器。该型封隔器设计了防中途坐封装置、后处理安全装置和分压装置,采用了液压坐封丢手、双锥体卡瓦锚定、机械内锁紧和上提下放管柱解封的结构,具有抗碰撞、坐封丢手灵活、防上滑、后处理方便、悬挂能力强及通径大等特点。胜利油田150多井次的应用表明,该型封隔器的下井、打压坐封、丢手一次成功率均在98％以上。在直井、斜井和水平井作业中,可用于悬挂管柱、作桥塞、卡封及堵水等。
