近年来,随着社会经济水平的不断提高,人们越来越关注健康,尤其是更加关注育龄期妇女的孕产保健工作。新环境下,受到外来流动人口数量的不断增加,加大了育龄期妇女的婚前检查、孕产检查难度,导致出现较高的妊娠并发症发生率和胎儿畸形率。因此,对社区妇女保健问题进行分析探讨,并对基层流动人口孕产保健工作进行分析,提出积极、有效的对策来保障妇女保健工作的落实,旨在能够有效提高人口素质水平。 In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the social and economic level, people are paying more and more attention to their health, especially paying more attention to the maternity and health care of women of childbearing age. Under the new environment, the number of floating population is increasing, which increases the difficulty of premarital examination and maternity checkup for women of childbearing age, resulting in higher incidence of pregnancy complications and fetal malformation. Therefore, the analysis and discussion on the issue of women’s health care in the community and the analysis of the maternal health care work of the floating population at the grass-roots level are put forward, and a positive and effective countermeasure is proposed to ensure the implementation of women’s health care so as to effectively improve the quality of the population.
