本文用激光全息干涉度量术对双侧游离端部分活动义齿连接体在各种工作状态下受力情况进行定性分析,以期了解义齿本身受力后的变形情况,为设计义齿提供结构力学的参考。实验所得的全息干涉条纹图说明,常规设计的四种不同连接体在双侧和单侧加力时各有其不同的变形,干涉条纹变化可以看出变形大小、应力传递和分布,以及基板末端等区粘膜上的受力情况。结果证明,全塑基板连接体变形较大,而前塑加弯制后腭杠型变形较小,相应的粘膜受力也较小。
