目的 探讨胃类癌的诊断和治疗方法。方法 回顾分析 1980～ 2 0 0 2年间 12例胃类癌的临床资料。结果 12例胃类癌术前均误诊。生存 2年以上 3例 ,瘤体均小于 5 cm。结论 手术治疗是胃类癌的首选治疗方法 ,胃类癌的预后与分型和瘤体大小有关
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. Methods The clinical data of 12 cases of gastric carcinomas from 1980 to 2002 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 12 cases of gastric cancer were misdiagnosed before surgery. Survival of more than 2 years in 3 cases, the tumor was less than 5 cm. Conclusion Surgical treatment of gastric cancer is the preferred treatment, the prognosis of gastric cancer and the type and size of the tumor
