Histological typing of high-grade endometrial carcinoma with clear cells is highly divergent between different pathological observers, so molecular markers may play an important role in the differential diagnosis of endometrial clear cell adenocarcinoma (CCC) Diagnostic value. This article aims to assess the value of Napsin A in the diagnosis of CCC. The authors selected 77 CCCs diagnosed by 9 institutions and were independently diagnosed by 3 pathologists. A panel of 60 patients with consistent CCC findings (consensus panel) was selected for evaluation of Napsin A expression. The remaining 17 cases of CCCs were disagreements. Forty-four of these CCCs, 49 with all grades of endometrioid adenocarcinoma (EEC), and 17 with endometrial serous carcinoma (ESC) were made into 1 mm well tissue microarray.
