氧化应激和炎症参与多种疾病的病理过程,包括代谢性疾病,如糖尿病、脂代谢紊乱、代谢综合征、肥胖和动脉粥样硬化等。目前多数抗氧化及抗炎药物剂量窗较窄、毒性较大,因此临床需要一种更加有效、安全的抗氧化应激及抗炎药物。近期大量研究提示氢分子具有选择性抗氧化及抗炎作用,对多种缺血再灌注损伤、炎症、神经疾病、消化疾病及代谢性疾病的动物模型均有很好的效果,提示氢分子有作为临床治疗代谢性疾病药物的潜能。本文综述了最新的相关研究并对未来研究方向作了展望。
Oxidative stress and inflammation are involved in the pathological processes of many diseases, including metabolic diseases such as diabetes, dyslipidemia, metabolic syndrome, obesity and atherosclerosis. At present, most of the anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory drug dosage windows are narrower and more toxic, therefore, a more effective and safe anti-oxidative stress and anti-inflammatory drug are needed clinically. Recently a large number of studies have shown that hydrogen molecules have selective antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of a variety of ischemia-reperfusion injury, inflammation, neurological diseases, digestive diseases and metabolic diseases in animal models have a good effect, suggesting that hydrogen molecules Potential for clinical treatment of metabolic diseases. This article summarizes the latest relevant research and prospects for future research.
