目的探讨天然产物氯化异黄连碱季铵盐的全合成方法。方法以邻苯二酚为起始原料,经环合、氧化、缩合、还原和闭环5步反应合成天然产物氯化异黄连碱季铵盐。结果路线总收率为20.03%(以邻苯二酚计),其结构经~1H-NMR、~(13)C-NMR和MS谱确证。结论本合成方法原料易得、操作简单、成本较低,适合氯化异黄连碱季铵盐的批量合成,具有潜在的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the total synthesis method of natural product isoniazid quaternary ammonium chloride. Methods Catechol chloride was used as the starting material to synthesize the natural product isoprionidine chloride quaternary ammonium salt by cyclization, oxidation, condensation, reduction and closed-loop 5-step reaction. Results The total route yield was 20.03% (calculated as catechol). The structures of the compounds were confirmed by ~ 1H-NMR, ~ (13) C-NMR and MS spectra. Conclusion The synthesis method is easy to obtain raw materials, simple operation, low cost, suitable for batch synthesis of isoproterenol hydrochloride quaternary ammonium salt, has potential application value.
