运用问卷调查和专家访谈对我国高水平羽毛球教练员的执教能力的指标进行了分析,按权重羽毛球教练员的执教能力依次为教练员的训练能力、教练员的团队协作能力、教练员的敬业精神、教练员临场指挥比赛的能力、教练员的学识水平、教练员的个人经历、教练员的管理能力、教练员的教学能力、教练员的科研与创新能力、教练员的自我完善能力。为了提高教练员的执教能力,各管理部门应该多给广大羽毛球教练员提供机会参加各种业务培训,将提高教练员执教水平落到实处。
