在2月14日举行的国家科学技术奖励大会上,一线工人身影再现领奖台——由中华全国总工会推荐的山东电力集团公司超高压公司高级技师、“草根达人”高森摘得国家科学技术进步奖二等奖。自2006年至今,已有9名由全总推荐的一线工人登上了国家科技最高领奖台。一线工人创新成果层出不穷,成为企业创新的主力军。目前,我国企业基层管理者对如何推动创新的认识还比较肤浅,研究也不够深入,工夫下得不够。另外,大多数企业对创新概念的理解不够全面,存在一些误区。笔者认为,推动企业基层创新既要仰望星空,更要脚踏实地。
On February 14 at the National Science and Technology Awards Conference, the figure of first-line workers to reproduce the podium - recommended by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions Shandong Electric Power Company senior technicians, “grassroots” Gaosen won National Science and Technology Progress Award second prize. Since 2006, nine first-line workers recommended by the general public have boarded the national grand prize winning podium. Innovations in frontline workers emerge in an endless stream and become the main force in enterprise innovation. At present, the grassroots level managers in our country have a superficial understanding of how to promote innovation. Research is not deep enough and work is not enough. In addition, most companies understand the concept of innovation is not comprehensive enough, there are some errors. The author believes that promoting grass-roots innovation enterprises should not only look at the stars, but also down to earth.
