在苹果采收前一个月的8月5日,我们选择有代表性的红星苹果树下铺银膜(聚乙烯或聚二乙烯加银灰色金属粉末而成)。从铺膜当天起定株取样分析果实,每隔一周分析一次,直至采收止。采用蒽酮比色法测定可溶性糖和淀粉含量,用稀碱微量滴定法测定可滴定酸度,用2,6-二氯酚靛酚微量滴定法测定维生素C,用折光仪测定可溶性固形物。实验表明:红星苹果树下铺膜能提高地面反光率,改善内膛果、枝的光照条件,增加下部叶片的光合作用,促使内膛果提前着色。如内膛全红果比对照多2%,3/4红果比对照多11%,1/2红果较对照多5%。1/4着色果比对照少10%,未着色果只有0.5%,较对照少7%。内膛外围果的全着色果比对照提高2%,3/4红果比对照提高23%。铺膜前期含糖量比对照低3.2%,铺膜29天后,
On August 5 of the month before the apple harvest, we selected a representative silver tree under the Red Apple tree (polyethylene or polyethylene plus silver gray metal powder).
