孤立性骨囊肿为儿童与青少年时期常见的骨肿瘤样病变,本院15年来采用次全切除及异体骨支撑植骨方法治疗33例,经2～10年随访,疗效十分满意,现报告如下。1 临床资料 本组男21例、女12例,年龄最小4岁,最大16岁,平均9.5岁。 病变部位:肱骨上端18例,股骨上端7例,股骨下端5例,胫骨上端3例。 X线表现23例为活动性,即囊肿紧挨骨骺软骨板;10例为潜伏性、囊肿与骨骼软骨板有一段距离,囊肿有逐步向骨干方向延伸的趋势。股骨上端病变,只要囊肿紧挨大粗隆或股骨头骨骼软骨板之一者即列为活动性。 Isolated bone cyst is a common bone tumor-like lesions in children and adolescents, the hospital for 15 years with subtotal resection and allograft bone graft treatment of 33 cases, after 2 to 10 years of follow-up, the effect is very satisfactory, are as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 21 males and 12 females, the youngest 4 years old, maximum 16 years old, with an average of 9.5 years old.
